What we collect

When you send a bid request or a message, we collect what you type: company, name, role, email, phone, project name and city, bid due date, scope, a link to your drawings and any note. We also record the date and time, the page you sent it from, campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), and basic technical data such as your IP address, used to stop spam and abuse.

Why we collect it

To answer your request, prepare a bid or estimate, and keep a record of it. We don't use your details for anything unrelated to your request.

Who sees it

Our estimating and office team, and the service providers that run this site for us: web hosting, email delivery, and the customer management system where we track bid requests. They handle your information only to provide those services. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.

Website chat

The chat on this site is answered first by an automated assistant, which can pass your conversation to our team. Chat messages and the name, phone and email you enter are stored in our customer management system so we can follow up on your request.

Text messages

We don't send marketing text messages. If you give us a phone number, we use it to call or text you about your request.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add an analytics service, this page will say so before it is turned on.

Links to your drawings

You send a link, not a file. We open the link to price the work. Whatever you share stays under the sharing settings you set, and you can revoke the link at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep bid records as long as we need them to answer questions about a bid, to perform work we are awarded, and to meet our business and tax record requirements. Spam is deleted.

Security

This site uses HTTPS. Bid requests are stored in a location that is not publicly reachable. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords or financial account details through the form.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete what you sent by calling (214) 960-5598. We'll answer within a reasonable time. Records we must keep for a contract or by law are kept for that period.

Children

This site is for contractors, architects, property owners and homeowners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
