Proposals and contracts govern

Price, scope, schedule, exclusions and warranties for any work are set only in a written proposal or contract signed by Magnus Roofing. If anything on this site differs from that document, the document controls.

Sending a request

Sending a bid request does not create a contract or oblige either side to proceed. Only send links and information you have the right to share. Don't send passwords or financial account details.
