Modern Dallas home with a charcoal standing-seam metal roof

Homes

Residential roofing.

Standing-seam metal and architectural shingle on Dallas and Greenville homes. Re-roofs and repairs, same crews, same estimating.

What we do

Two systems, done carefully.

  • Architectural shingle re-roofs, with Class 4 options for North Texas hail
  • Standing-seam metal roofs for homeowners who want a roof that lasts
  • Repairs after storms, at flashing, valleys and penetrations
  • Gutters and downspouts when the scope includes them

How it works

From inspection to cleanup.

  1. Call us. We come look at the roof and the attic, and we take photos.
  2. Written estimate. Every part on its own line: tear-off, decking allowance, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, the roof itself.
  3. The work. Old roof off to the deck, damaged decking replaced at the price in the estimate, new roof on. Nails and debris picked up each day.
  4. The record. Photos of the deck and the details before they are covered.

Insurance

If insurance is paying for the roof.

Your estimate follows the scope your adjuster approves, and we provide the documents your insurer asks a contractor for. Texas law does not allow a roofing contractor to pay, waive or rebate your deductible, or to act as your public adjuster. We follow both rules.

FAQ

Questions we get.

Metal or shingle?

Shingles cost less up front. Standing-seam metal costs more and lasts longer. Both come in impact-rated versions. We can price both on the same visit.

Do you pull permits?

Many North Texas cities require a permit to replace a roof, and rules vary by city. The estimate states who obtains the permit.

How long does a home re-roof take?

Most homes take a short stretch of good weather once materials are on site. The estimate states the expected duration for your roof.

Do you work outside Dallas and Greenville?

We work in Dallas and Greenville. Call and ask about other cities.

Need a new roof on your home?

Call us and we'll come look at the roof, or send the details through the form.
